Alex was professional and very knowledgeable about the services the company provided. He delivered the presentation to my family more than once and answered all our questions.
Our Installation Crew
Crew was professional, courteous, and extremely efficient. Special shout-out to Chavon Bowman and Jahroum Gardner. Their attention to detail is unmatched. They also advised us on the care and maintenance of the installed products.
The Cleanup Process
The cleanup was excellent by both the demo and installation crews. It’s not easy to remove cement and what’s left behind after the demo, but they managed to do it in a clean, concise, and professional manner. I didn’t get the names of the demo crew but I give them a huge shoutout for their dedication and professionalism in completing their end of the project.
