I am a Realtor and in addition to waterproofing my own home that happens to have an old stone foundation, Basement Systems has also done waterproofing for at least 15 of my clients and friends over the years. All have been thrilled with the service.

I usually speak with Pete, the owner or Dave the general manager. They are always quick to respond

I have had several times when they actually told me that a system was not needed and explained how to divert water etc. When they say that a system is needed I can trust that it is the truth.

Polite, no foul language. Explain every step of the process

The crews clean as they go. Myself and those I've recommended are always surprised by the lack of dust and dirt. The houses are generally cleaner than when they arrived
