It has been some months since we finished the basement project and I couldn’t be happier with the work performed by TBF of WNY. This is a professional and customer-service oriented company  from the top down. The installation team was efficient and very responsive to the concerns and needs of the customer. They showed us daily the progress for the day and made us aware of the next steps. Their coordination with electricians, city inspectors, plumbers, etc. was superb. There was never a lag in the work. The management team was on top of the work, and maintained constant communication with us to ensure we, the customers, were satisfied. This is an excellent company. Their work is outstanding and the materials used are top notch. We are highly satisfied and are convinced that TBF of WNY provided us the best basement finishing job we could have selected.
