The job started on the date we were expecting, but the finishing steps were re-scheduled twice (or three times depending on how you count them). So, completion of the project drug out a couple of weeks. Other than that, I am completely satisfied.
He went above and beyond my expectations.
They seemed to work very quickly.

What made you choose our company:
We met with representatives of three companies. And, we actually chose one of your competitors as our first choice. However, we were unable to reach the representative from that company. But, Jacob called us to follow up. And convinced us to let him stop by and address issues where we felt the competitor was better (it was not about price). And, during that visit he modified the proposal to fit our needs better. So, still having no response from the competitor we signed the contract with your company. So, it was Jacob's work toward meeting our needs that closed the deal.
