My only complaint is that the crew chief said connecting to my 2 inch existing pipe was not in the order and he may have to go out and purchase a reducer. Turned out he found one on his truck.
Our Installation Crew
Jorge Sergio did everything I expected. Installation and cleanup were exemplary and he answered all my questions. He explained how everything works to my expectations.
The Cleanup Process
My basement was probably cleaner when they left than before.
