Kelly Arlia

Kelly arrived at Energy Swing Windows a few years ago with both customer service and window making knowledge under her belt. She worked making windows when she was in college, so she likes to say windows are in her blood. She has worked for more than 10 years in a customer service environment and truly believes that the way a company treats a customer (or potential customer) determines the success of that company. She is proud to be a part of Energy Swing Windows, and the values they stand for. She is the voice you may hear when calling the office, or she may be the one calling you to confirm installation appointments. She’s extremely friendly, and enjoys getting to know Energy Swing Windows clients over the phone and at various home shows throughout the year.

Kelly loves living in a community where she can meet some of Energy Swing Windows clients by striking up a conversation at a school function for her daughter. She is the proud mom to Morgan, her 9 year old daughter. In between taking her daughter to soccer practice and Girl Scout meetings, she finds time to write in her spare time (she is self-published author). Kelly is on the board of Trustees for the Manor Public Library, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
