Louis brings a diverse range of experience in customer relations, needs analysis, and real estate to Systèmes Sous-Sol Québec. His professional background has enabled him to develop strong listening skills, a keen sense of observation, and an approach focused on finding solutions tailored to each situation. His training in residential and commercial real estate brokerage also gives him a solid understanding of the realities of the real estate market and the specific challenges associated with residential and commercial properties.

In his role as internal production supervisor, Louis oversees the coordination and smooth running of operations while ensuring rigorous tracking of projects and activities. His organizational skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail help optimize internal processes and maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Systèmes Sous-Sol Québec is the regional franchisee of Basement Systems International Waterproofing Network, an international network of more than 400 contractors specializing in waterproofing, which provides them with access to patented products, specialized training, and technical support. The company is also the regional franchisee of Supportworks Inc., a North American network of contractors specializing in residential and commercial foundation repair.

Outside of work, Louis enjoys staying active, spending time with his family and friends, and discovering new activities that contribute to his personal and professional growth.
