Kia brings a strong background in engineering and technical problem-solving to her role as System Design Specialist. She has developed a solid understanding of how to assess complex situations and identify practical solutions through her experience working closely with professionals in technical and project-based environments.

As a System Design Specialist, Kia works closely with clients to evaluate their situation and provide the information needed to support clear and informed decision-making. She explains her findings in a straightforward way and helps guide each step of the process so clients feel reassured and well-informed. What she finds most meaningful in her work is helping homeowners gain clarity about their home and improving their overall sense of comfort and confidence.

Outside of work, Kia enjoys Pilates, swimming, outdoor activities such as hiking, and trying new foods, maintaining a balanced lifestyle between active movement and relaxation.
