Saki Kajita is a System Design Specialist with over six years of experience in residential real estate. Her background as a real estate professional has given her a strong understanding of Quebec homes and the concerns homeowners face when dealing with foundation issues or water infiltration.

Saki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from McGill University, combining technical expertise with practical experience in the housing industry. This unique background allows her to approach each situation with precision and help homeowners find thoughtful, long-term solutions tailored to their homes.

Originally from Japan, Saki follows the philosophy of “Ichigo Ichie,” which emphasizes that every encounter is unique and should be valued. Trilingual in French, English, and Japanese, she brings this mindset to every customer interaction and enjoys building meaningful connections with a diverse range of homeowners.
