Sales Process
Particularly enjoyed having the sales rep AND the operations boss in a joint visit together to work out the details. These were two hard-working folks that stayed at my house until midnight, to iron out the details, to make sure everything was right - then, they had to drive all the way back to Wisconsin. Great commitment.
