A homeowner in Middlefield, CT was getting water seeping into their basement so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us find a solution to their basement water problems. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Josh Kroop, went out to the home to assess the issues and give them a proposal for work that they would need to have done. 

Then it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his crew to install the job. They installed our WaterGuard drain system around the perimeter of the basement to collect any water coming in from the floors or walls. Then they installed one of our TripleSafe sump pumps to take that collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. These systems will keep the basement dry all the time. 

This homeowner wanted to transform their basement into a simple, clean, usable storage area. They decided it was time to call Connecticut Basement Systems and after a visit from sales consultant Keith Rongey, they were able to develop a plan. Our team began by finishing this basement using EverLast Wall and ThermalDry Floor Tiles. This gave this basement a new and clean look without the burden of dents and warping floors.

Our crew installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier and BrightWall Panels to provide extra protection. Now, this homeowner has a clean and protected storage area to clean out the old items in their home.

One of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew installed this job. They installed our perimeter WaterGuard drain system below the floor to collect water coming in through the walls or floors. They also installed one of our TripleSafe sump pumps to discharge all the collected water out of the home at a safe distance. They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier system around the entire basement walls to protect it from moisture and lead any water coming in from the walls, into the WaterGuard below. Now this basement will stay dry all the time!

Furthermore, this ties back into the TripleSafe sump pump system that swiftly expels additional water outside the home.
