A homeowner in Norwalk, CT had water seepage in their basement along the walls. They contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems looking to waterproof their basement. One of our Salesmen, Rob Brockenberry, went to the home to assess the basement and propose a full perimeter waterproofing solution. 

Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Delfino Mones, and his team to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter to collect water seepage. Then they installed our TriplpeSafe sump pump to effectively pump out the water safely from the home. Lastly, they installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth throughout the space. 

Now with our systems in place, this basement will stay completely dry and the homeowner is left with nothing but peace of mind!

They also installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on half the wall to protect it from moisture. Our Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth throughout the basement. 

Now this entire basement will stay completely dry all the time, ensuring the homeowner has great peace of mind. 

When we arrived at this crawlspace, it was damp and humid. Sam arrived at this Weston home to perform an annual maintenance on the homeowner's SuperSump Pump system. An annual maintenance includes: checking the pump operation – float switch, intake, check valve and impeller, cleaning the sump pump liner of silt and sediment, changing the batteries in the WaterWatch alarm and identifying any other potential problems. This specific maintenance, everything seemed to be in working condition, only finding some sediment in the system. Sam cleaned it out and now looks as good as new! The homeowner was very happy with the maintenance and we were happy that the homeowner was diligent in scheduling her annual maintenance as it is so important to with every system!
