A homeowner in Trumbull had a nasty, humid crawlspace. With so much moisture, they reached out to us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a proper solution for this issue. We sent out one of our Salesmen, Mike Bourdeau, to the home to evaluate the issues and propose a crawlspace encapsulation with our products. 

Then it would be time for installation. Our Foreman, Vic Varela, and his crew would tackle this job. They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier throughout the entire crawlspace to protect it from moisture and humidity. They also installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth. Both of these products will get rid of the moisture and humidity, as well as any musty odors. 

Now this homeowner is thrilled knowing their crawlspace is a dry, healthy space in their home. 

A homeowner in Trumbull, CT was getting water seepage in their basement every time there were heavy rains. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems searching for a solution. One of our Salesmen, Alex Lopez, went to the home to assess the basement and propose our waterproofing systems to permanently eliminate this problem. 

Soon after, it was time for one of our Foremen, Al, and his crew, to install the work. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system to capture water seepage from the walls. Then they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier to protect the walls from vapor as well as lead water into the drains. Our TripleSafe sump pump will then take all of the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. For a final level of protection, our Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate all excess moisture and prevent mold growth. 

Now this entire basement will stay dry all the time! The homeowner is left with nothing but peace of mind.

They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water seepage from the floors. Then they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls and tucked into the WaterGuard to help direct water into the drains below. The water collected is then directed to our Triple Safe sump pump system which will then safely pump out the water through exterior discharge lines. 

Now, with our systems in place, this entire basement will stay dry all the time and the homeowner is left with nothing but peace of mind! 

A Trumbull, CT homeowner was looking to finish their open concept basement, so they reached out to us at Connecticut Basement Systems. One of our Salesmen, Cary Benjamin, went to the home to walk through our finishing process and help design their basement with our products. Our Project Manager, Dan Medina, also helped after the proposal was given to finalize any finishing touches, then, it would be time for installation. 

The basement was completely transformed. We installed our EverLast wall panels throughout, as well as our ThermalDry elite plank flooring. We installed two bathrooms and two closed-off rooms that they can utilize as a gym and home office. Then we installed a kitchenette as well. This basement is now ready to be used and is beautifully finished with recessed lighting, drop ceilings, and many more finishing touches. 

The homeowner was very thrilled with the results, and we're excited to use this space to its full potential!

After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Keith Rongey, went to the home to understand what the customer was looking for. After developing a plan with the customer, it would soon be time for our crew to get to work. Our crew installed EverLast walls throughout the whole space. They also put in our Elite Plank flooring in light pecan, giving the space a bright, fresh look! New stairs were put in too.
