Bruce was amazing! He was so smooth! I am at a loss for words, I was so pleased with his knowledge. He walked through what could’ve been a nightmare. The sale of the home was in the balance. But, he was calm and careful with his words, he communicated to the prospective buyer’s mother in an effective manner, explaining it clearly to her. He also sold us a Sedona, and installed it.
