Egress Window Install in Belair MD
Customer had a finished basement with minimal natural light and asked that we come out to install an Egress Window for them. An Egress window is a large opening that is large enough to escape out of incase of emergencies and is also a way to allow in a lot of natural lighting.
We first had to do a dig out and cut through the poured foundation, once we had the opening for the window we then installed a 27 x 45 In-Swing Egress with an Egress well, ladder, metal grate and cover.
Egress Installation in Abingdon, MD
This customer was looking to finish their basement and not only wanted to add some natural lighting, but also wanted a quick and safe way to exit the basement in case of an emergency. To make this vision come true, we came out and installed a 27" x 45" In-Swing Egress window with a 66" x 36" Egress Rockwell and Rockwell Premier Cover.
Waterproof and Basement Finishing in Aberdeen, MD
Customer reached out to us because they wanted to waterproof the basement and then refinish( their basement was recently flooded and damaged due to a sump pump failure).
For the waterproofing portion of the project, we installed a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier on the bottom portion of the wall, Waterguard along the basement perimeter and a SuperSump Pump.
For the finishing we used our Everlast Wall restoration on the bottom portion of the walls which this material is immune to mold and moisture damage, Everlast Wall Panels and Thermal Dry flooring. We also removed and installed a new half bath.
Basement Flooring install in Havre De Grace MD
This project was for a customer of ours we did an install for a few years back. We did a waterproofing system to stop water intrusion and a partial flooring install for him. He recently reached out and informed us he was ready to go through with the install of the rest of the flooring for the basement so we went right back out.
Slider Egress Window Install in Perryville MD
This customer had a large project including basement Waterproofing, Finishing and Egress installation. This part of the project was the Egress window, we had to replace the customers current standard basement window with a Slider Egress as well as a RockWell and RockWell Cover.
