We came out and assessed the basement and our waterproof solution consisted of an installation of our Waterguard XL, 4 Trench Drains, 2 Well Ducts, partial CleanSpace and our TripleSafe Sump Pump. Now this customer can confidently finish his basement, knowing he is protected from many rain storms to come.

This basement waterproofing job consisted of Waterguard and a SuperSump Pump for the interior portion of the basement and for the exterior we installed a trench drain that lead over to and disharged into the storm drain of the business. 

This old sump pump was not up to par, so we installed a TripleSafe Sump System complete with two AC power pumps and a battery back-up pump. This system is capable of pumping over 6000 gallon per hour. The most powerful residential sump system on the market.
