This basement was currently unfinished with an uneven cracked concrete floor and painted concrete walls that were peeling due to moisture. For the Finishing portion of this job we first had to repair and level out the concrete floor so we could place down Natural Oak, MillCreek Flooring. We made a half wall for the staircase and a made a closet to hide the oil tank. The materials used to create the half wall, closet and full walls was none other than our Zen Wall Panels. We also painted the ceiling, installed lighting and replaced 4 old basement windows with brand new EverLast windows.
This customer already had a walk out basement along with an egress window,so an emergency exit was not needed, but, the current egress was extremely old and was allowing water to seep in to the basement.
We came out and tore out the the wood around the egress, we then did a digout to fit the large 72" Egress Rockwell and included a Rockwell Cover. We also replaced one of the old small basement windows with our EverLast Basement Window and installed 2 Sunhouse wells with Sunhouse covers.
This customer had a finished basement and was trying to use it for extra living space, before it could be considered livable space, they needed to add an egress window and that is where we came in.
We came out and first dug out and cut through their poured foundation to prepare for the egress, we then installed a 48 x 48 Slider Egress Window with an Egress Premier RockWell and RockWell Cover. We also installed a Well Duct drain and connected it to their current waterproofing system.
Customer reached out looking to replace his 2 basement windows and leaky, rusting wells. We upgraded this customer to our EverLast Windows and Sunhouse wells with well covers. Our SunHouse wells will never rust or rot and are bright which means they will reflect a lot of natural light in to your basement.
Customer had an unfinished basement that she was looking to fully finish in the near future. Her first step for the finishing project was to install an Egress window. The customer had several basement windows, but if there were ever an emergency and a fast escape through the basement was needed, there was no where to go. This is where we came in, we came out and installed a 48 x 48 Slider Egress window with a RockWell which has a stone look and is UV Stable, rust and rot proof and can stand up to extreme temperatures.
