Thank you for sending the crew of workers to my house. They were highly efficient in their workmanship on completing the job in a timely manner. I must say that they completed the work in 2 days given the very limited space & heat that they dealt with. While there certainly is a presentation as part of the estimate, I never felt pressured to buy. The tasks to fix the issues and the reason behind them were thoughtfully detailed and explained. The install went very well and I felt at ease with how the job was progressing mainly due the foreman, Larry Robinson. Larry was very personable and truly cared about making sure that I was a satisfied customer. When additional work was needed, he showed me exactly what the issue was and clearly defined what needed to be done. Again, I never felt that I was being pressured or sold something that I didn't need. As of 2 weeks later, I can say that I'm very pleased with the system that was installed.
