These customers wanted to create a more family space in their basement where they could sit and enjoy each others company and have enough room for their hobbies as well. They called DBS because they wanted the job done right with high quality materials that would resist the effects of basement moisture. DBS transformed the customer's dark storage space into a large, bright, beautiful area with wall and flooring materials that would not need to be replaced in the event of flooding or humidity.
Support for Finished Basement in Emily, Minnesota
These homeowners wanted to finish their basement space but also had to deal with an ugly 4 x 4 beam supporting the floor above. Our finishing system was able to seamlessly incorporate this beam into the room with a bright and elegant covering. These customers were very pleased with the end result.
From Basement to Beautiful - Home in Cook, MN
Homeowners in Cook, MN had grand plans to finish the basement of their family home. After seeing our advertisements on local television, they reached out to us for guidance. They first needed help encapsulating their home's crawl space. After DBS completed that work, the Total Basement Finishing™ process could begin.
The homeowners worked with DBS Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo to come up with a design that met the family's needs. Our Total Basement Finishing™ Carpenters installed mahogany MillCreek Flooring™, and EverLast™ Basement Wall Panels throughout the space. They also installed new doors, electrical, and lighting.
The homeowners were happy with the work done and can now have a beautifully finished basement to enjoy for years to come!
Basement Finishing Complete in Pelican Rapids, MN
These Pelican Rapids, MN homeowners wanted to make better use of their 900 square-ft. basement. They recently had a waterproofing system installed and were ready to take the final step in finishing their basement space.
DBS Total Basement Finishing Design Specialist Denny Meintz visited the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the basement finishing project, keeping in mind the family's vision for the space. It was determined that ZenWall™ Paneling would be installed along the perimeter in the basement, along with a finished linen ceiling, and recessed lighting. DBS Carpenter Jason Petrella and crew successfully performed some demolition, built-out an additional wall and room divider, successfully completing all finishes necessary.
This family now has a beautiful, custom addition to their home to enjoy!
New Basement Walls and Flooring in Duluth, MN Basement
Homeowners in Duluth, MN were hoping to refinish a few areas in their basement. After seeing information about DBS in their local newspaper, they contacted us to learn more about our Total Basement Finishing™ service.
DBS Sale Manager Royce Bunn was the Design Specialist for the project. He visited the home for a free, no-obligation estimate.
With the vision of the homeowners in mind, Royce created a plan with our patented Total Basement Finishing™ products. ThermalDry® Basement Floor Matting was installed throughout the basement, and EverLast™ Basement Wall Panels replaced some of the existing drywall.
A DBS Foreman and production crew sucessfully installed the products, giving the family a solid basement solution for years to come.
