A homeowner in Minneapolis, MN was experiencing insulation issues with their home, and reached out to DBS for help. After a thorough inspection from our Design Specialist, it was determined that the basement walls would need to be completely covered with spray foam insulation in order to properly assist in insulating the home. This homeowner in NorthEast Minneapolis reached out to DBS for help insulating their unfinished basement. 

Our well trained Dr. Energy Saver® Design Specialist, Henrik Makitalo went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. Henrik measured where heat was escaping and recommended using closed cell spray foam to insulate this basement due to its rough and porous walls. DBS Foreman Kevin Steffey and his production crew worked hard to install the insulation.

A DBS Design Specialist went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowners. After a thorough inspection, they generated a quote for our SmartJack® System to be installed in the basement to provide permanent stabilization to the flooring above.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with help from a team. Together they installed 8 SmartJack® supports as well as the main steel beam to attach them to in the basement. 

Now that the home has been permanently stabilized, the homeowner will be able to relax at peace knowing that they are safe in their home.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together they installed the main steel beam and 4 SmartJack® supports to suspend the beam. They also installed our WaterGuard® french drain system with one of our sump pumps in order to keep water out of the basement.

Now that the basement has been properly waterproofed, the homeowners can relax without worrying about their health and safety.
