This foundation was being pushed by the soil on the outside of the home. This caused cracks in the foundation which allowed water to regularly enter the home. We helped to permanently stabilize the foundation and waterproof the basement with Power Braces and our CleanSpace liner on the wall that directs water down to the drain tile. 

This Superior, WI home was built in the 1950's. Homeowners noticed flooding in the basement around 10 years ago. Fearful that the water issue would only get worse, causing mold and other damage to the basement, the homeowner contacted DBS. 

DBS Design Specialist Rich Johnsen visited the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the foundation support and a waterproofing system. Our DBS production team installed our WaterGuard® french drain system and CleanSpace® along the perimeter of the basement. This system directs all the moisture to a new SuperSump® Premier Pump System. 

The installation was successful and provided a solid solution to pooling water in the basement!

This home was being supported by old, rotting log supports. There were places where the support beams had fallen! Our System Design Specialist, Rich Johnsen, made a visit out to this home and gave a free, no-obligation estimate for the work needed to stabilize this crawlspace. In his proposal, Rich found that the home needed better, long-lasting support. The use of our SmartJacks would provide a stable, level home for this Superior, WI home. 

In this particular Superior, WI home, DBS was tasked with replacing a large support beam in the crawlspace as well as installing reinforced supports, SmartJacks®, for that beam. Foreman Drew Sundberg and his crew were able to secure this foundation. The homeowner feels safe having their newly secured foundation.

This home in Superior, Wisconsin was having issues with a collapsing basement wall. We sent in a crew to help with the stabilization of it. The crew installed an 8' PowerBrace to help support and strengthen the foundation wall.
