This historic home in Gheen, MN was in disrepair and had significant trouble with the foundation. Wanting to revive this building, the owner contacted us for a permanent solution.

A DBS Design Specialist visited the home and provided a thorough, free, no-obligation estimate. It was determined that significant supplemental support was needed.  Kevin Steffey, one of our Production Managers was the foreman for the project. The three main crawl space support beams were replace to restore support along the length of the building. Kevin and his crew then drilled 8 HelixPro® helical piers into the ground to support the structure's foundation and crawl space.

The homeowners can now rest easy knowing that this foundation has been restored.

The owner of this home in Orr, MN noticed that their floors were uneven. Not only is it an eyesore, but sagging floors indicate foundation failure. Sagging floors shed light on what is happening underneath a home. In order to have a good idea of how much it costs to fix their sagging floors, the homeowner reached out to DBS.

A DBS Design Specialist went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the owners. Foreman Trevor Ingle led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed 6 SmartJack® supports and a new main steel beam.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed 2 PowerBrace® i-beams along one of the walls in the crawl space and also installed SmartJack® supports underneath the main steel beam, ensuring stabilization of the flooring above and walls.

This home in Bigfork, Minnesota was experiencing foundation problems. One side of the home had shifted and settled causing the home to be unsteady. After a thorough inspection of the home, Royce explained that the best possible solution would be to install helical piers to lift the foundation back to its original position. This would stabilize the home and and leave the homeowner without worry. After a signed proposal, a date was set to have Foreman Kevin Steffey complete the installation.
