A homeowner in Minneapolis, MN contacted us in search of a permanent solution to their sinking and settling front porch. The structure had settled so much that the front windows were unable to close, as evidenced in the before photo.
DBS Design Specialist Cole Lekander visited the home to provide a free, no-obligation estimate. It was determined that a piering solution was needed to address this issue. DBS Foreman Tyler Nacey and his crew performed the work and drove 2 HelixPro® piers into the and added 1 SmartJack® beam to lift and support the front porch.
The homeowner was happy with the work done and now enjoys a level and support entrance to their home.

Homeowners of an 1890's home in Saint Paul, MN contacted DBS in need of a permanent solution for their garage foundation. As seen in the before photo, the foundation on the south wall had shifted away from the rest of the structure
A DBS Design Specialist visited the home for a free, no-obligation estimate for the best course of action. Foreman Zach Royer and his crew installed five GeoLock™ Wall Plates and Earth Anchors to the failing foundation wall. This system uses the heavy-duty anchors in and connects them to plates on the wall interior wall. Connected with long, galvanized rods, these anchors are tightened to straighten the wall over time and provide maximum support.
The customer was happy with the work done and now had a permanent solution they can count on for years to come.
