Homeowners in Maple Grove, MN reached out to DBS for help stabilizing their failing foundation walls. When DBS arrived the foundation walls of this home were cracked and bowing. This problem will not get better with time, but it will get better with us!

A DBS Design Specialist went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. After inspecting the home several GeoLock™ earth anchors were recommended to stabilize the failing partially underground walls. GeoLock™ anchors are installed with a 25-year nationally backed warranty. Our DBS Foreman worked hard with their production crews to install the stabilization system.

A homeowner in Mound, MN reached out to DBS regarding our basement waterproofing service. This time of year, leaking water can be a major issue within concrete basements. in need of a solution, the homeowner had DBS come out and install a new TripleSafe™ sump pump to help extract unwanted water, as well as put in WaterGuard® along the basement floor to catach and drain seeping water. The TripleSafe™ can be seen in the photo here. The overall results turned out great, and the homeowner can now enjoy a more efficient basement waterproofing system.

The owner of this home in Anoka, MN wanted to expand the living space in their basement. However, they first needed to find a way to keep water out of their basement. Looking for a solution, they reached out to DBS.

A DBS Design Specialist visited the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate. After a thorough inspection, they recommended our WaterGuard® System.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together they installed the WaterGuard® System by jackhammering trenches around the perimeter of the basement and placing the WaterGuard® tubing into each trench. They smoothed over the area with concrete for a flush finish. The drains will help direct water into a sump pump that is able to expel water up and away from the foundation.

Now that the basement has been properly waterproofed, the homeowner can finish the basement to create more living space without worrying about water damage to the space.
