Previously, this porch in Mountain Iron, MN became uncomfortably hot during the summer, making it difficult to enjoy on warm days. As shown in the before photo, the lack of proper insulation under the porch allowed heat to build up, making the space unbearably warm. To address this, we installed Closed Cell Spray Foam insulation, which works by creating a tight, air-sealed barrier. This helps to prevent heat from entering or escaping, keeping the porch cooler in the summer and more comfortable year-round.
