DBS received a call that a cabin in Isle, MN was having multiple residential problems. The floor around a fireplace was sagging, causing a crooked window as a result, also causing the cabin to have trouble with the roof dropping around the fireplace. The crawl space in the cabin also needed to be waterproofed, preventing further mold and odors. Our Design Specialist, Rich Johnsen, made a proposal to support the sagging side of the cabin with our SmartJack® supports system and floor joist system while using the CleanSpace liner® and Triple SafeSump System to keep the crawlspace warm and dry. The photos below show the wet crawlspace prior to DBS beginning production, then the crawl space post-production.

In Isle, MN, a homeowner dreamed of new flooring but faced a challenge: their existing concrete slab was uneven, with Inclinators and cracks widespread across the main living areas and even a bedroom closet. DBS Structural Foreman Zach Royer and his crew installed Push Piers to lift the sinking garage. From there, Concrete Foreman Dusting Behning and his crew installed PolyLevel® to lift the concrete and NexusPro™ to fill the cracks.
