The owner of this home in Sturgeon Lake, MN wanted to find a solution to flooding in their basement so that they could add another bedroom so they reached out to DBS.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed a WaterGuard® french drain system around the perimeter of the basement to assist the flow of water into a new sump pump. The sump pump will keep the basement dry by expelling the water up and away from the home's foundation.
