We had water coming into our basement through the slab and needed to have a sump pump installed and DBS was the first place we called. Right from the initial conversation with Paige to the gentleman Henrik who came to inspect and give us a quote, and finally to the crew who did all the work, Lee Krouse and Chris, we are 100% pleased with the process and information provided.   However, the crew Lee and Chris went over and above to make this frightening situation less daunting. From the moment they arrived in our home we were treated with respect, our home was treating with respect, they kept us informed every step of the way, they answered all of our questions, they showed us things we’d not realized about or cement floor, educated us on the products that were being used, and were enthusiastic and upbeat the entire time. There was *not one moment* that we regretted calling DBS to fix our basement. Lee and Chris took the time to make sure that as homeowners we were informed and happy with the entire process from the jackhammering straight down to finishing of the concrete. These two guys are an amazing team who work well together, smile freely, laugh often, and genuinely seem to enjoy each others company while working.   They also took the time to show our youngest child interesting aspects of the rubble they were hauling out, and answered all of his questions as they came up and down out of the basement. 10/10 for customer service. 10/10 for teamwork. 10/10 for quality and competency. 10/10 for onsite customer support. Lee and Chris took our scary basement problem and left us with a beautifully fixed basement that we aren’t going to worry about any more. Kudos to DBS, and Lee and Chris. DBS was very thorough in explaining everything they had done. They did fast, clean work. Cleaned up behind themselves, very pleasant young men who came, did their job, explained everything, and left. 

I am extremely happy with DBS Residential Solutions. They encapsulated my basement by foaming the rim joist, laying down a 20 mil plastic blanket on the portion of my basement which is a crawl space and installing a commercial grade dehumidifier and drainage system. This solution remedied the dampness and musty odor which existed in my entire house. I told them I wanted to breathe the best air in the world and now I do. DBS did the job in one day and the job was scheduled and completed in less than three weeks. Their crew worked hard, fast and explained everything in great detail.

It took me a long time to figure out what to do with a damp 1896 basement with a small spot where water trickled in through the wall. I finally saw a television ad for DBS and its lifetime transferrable warranty. From the assessment and sales process through completion of the work I felt fully informed and am extremely satisfied with their professionalism and quality of the work done. My days of dragging wet towels to the washer and dryer are over - thank you!

Also the crew doing the work were professional & hardworking. They welcomed my husbands input as he worked with them during the installation. Rich stopped by the first day of work too & you could tell there is a very good working relationship between the crew & sales office. We love the installation that your crew did and we are extremely satisfied with the results!

DBS did an excellent job. Very honest and easy to work with. The crew drove from Duluth, got the project done in 1 day working till 6 pm with a drive back to Duluth that same day (3 hour drive)! They laid plastic down to assure the pathway from the entry door to the basement stayed clean and they did a great job cleaning up after the project. They took the time to explain the completed project and were kind and personable. We are very happy with the completed project!

Your guys did real well and everything looks good.   I checked the temp down there when it was 4 degrees outside it was 60 degrees in the crawl space and the furnace room. And the temp upstairs. Was 70.  So it’s all working out real well.   Right now I don’t have the money for the rest of it.  But I will let you know if I ever want the rest of it done.    Thank you very much for everything and the timely manor in which it was done .  If anyone asks me I will give them, you and your company my highest rating.  A plus
