The homeowner sought to safeguard their property and prevent further exposure to harmful water conditions. Our team conducted an assessment of the basement and implemented a solution that addressed the homeowner's concerns. We replaced the existing flooring with our ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring. Constructed from inorganic materials, these planks replicate the appearance of real hardwood flooring while eliminating the risks of rot and water entrapment. ThermalDry Planks feature a pegged underside that creates a thermal break between the concrete subfloor and the new flooring, while also allowing any leaked water to flow underneath without becoming trapped.
