WaterGuard in Elkton, MD

This Elkton customer contacted us regarding an unfinished basement having water entering in the corner of the cement block foundation, which would increase during rain and snow melt. Our team installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement, which effectively captures wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor. We finished up with our CleanSpace, which is a moisture and vapor barrier that forces wall seepage to flow into the drain system that is around the perimeter.

Our inorganic flooring looks like hardwood flooring but doesn't have effects of buckling, mold growth or wood rot. We offer multiple colors such as light pecan, dark walnut, gray and dark espresso. This Total Basement Finishing project also included a Linen drop ceiling enclosing all the electrical work and lights that have been installed.

CrawlSpace Encapsulation in Elkton, MD

In the dirt-floor crawlspace, we were able to encapsulate it by installing our CleanSpace system. We wrapped the CleanSpace around each of the bottom piers and surrounding walls along the perimeter, which is placed over our drainage matting that lies under the liner. By covering the dirt floor, we are able to prevent any moisture that can slip into the home, mold growth, and pests.

WaterGuard in Elkton, MD

This homeowner called us regarding water intrusion from the basement cement walls and mold started to grow in the area. In order to prevent further water damage to the cellar, we installed our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system that will capture any type of wall leakage before it hits the floor. This drainage channel is hidden beneath a layer of concrete that flows down and connects to the sump pump system. By installing the WaterGuard system, you will have the certainty of having a dry basement all the time, which will provide peace of mind.
