A homeowner in Kendall Park, New Jersey was experiencing some trouble with their old sump pump. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Greg Louis, provided an inspection of the home. Greg suggested they install a new sump pump system and a French drain system. Our foreman, Juan Garcia, installed our WaterGuard Drain System and  TripleSafe Sump Pump System which has an airtight enclosed lid to keep water vapor from entering the air. This pump also has a battery-operated backup pump that will kick in if the power goes out. Lastly, we recommended our  SaniDry Dehumidifier to stop musty odors and moisture.

To stop future moisture and a musty odor from forming, the crew installed a SaniDry Dehumidifier to circulate dry air throughout the basement to create a more comfortable environment. 

Our customer in Randolph wanted to prevent any leaking by adding a sump pump and WaterGuard to their basement.  Design specialist JC Gibriano also recommended a FloodRing to make sure if the water heater ever leaked there would be no flood in the basement.  All of these were expertly installed by Mario and his crew
