Lifting a Sunken Concrete Patio in Malvern, PA

A homeowner in Malvern, PA, recently noticed their patio slab had sunk, creating an uneven surface that not only detracted from the appearance of their home but also posed a potential tripping hazard. We discussed the details with the homeowner and recommended the PolyLevel system as the ideal solution to not only raise the patio slab but also ensure it remained level for years to come. Once the homeowner agreed to proceed, our experienced production team took over. Accuracy and precision were key to the job's success; we drilled small, inconspicuous holes in the affected slab. Through these holes, we carefully injected the high-strength polyurethane foam of the PolyLevel system. This innovative process allowed the foam to expand, filling voids and stabilizing the slab before gently lifting it back to its original position.

Crawl Space Encapsulation in Wilmington, DE

The new homeowners were looking to clean out and encapsulate their damp crawl space. We had the team go out to the property to remove and haul away the falling insulation in order to encapsulate it. Once our CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system was installed, we placed a drainage matting that lies under the CleanSpace liner. Lastly, we installed our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system that will capture any moisture or water from the vapor barrier, and then it flows down into the sump pump.

CarbonArmor in Wilmington, DE

In this basement, owners were experiencing wall leakage and needed to find a solution to fix the foundation walls without damaging them. Our team went out to the property to assess and then installed 5 of our CarbonArmor Straps that are used to stabilize and reinforce the walls. This system uses epoxy with the fiber straps that are 10x stronger than steel and balance the cracks. If not corrected, the foundation cracks can cause an even more serious problem and will worsen over time.
