Upon inspection, our team identified that soil settlement beneath the concrete slabs was responsible for the uneven surfaces. To address the issue effectively, we proposed a customized repair plan featuring our advanced PolyLevel Foam Injection System and NexusPro Joint Sealant, both designed to deliver durable, long-term results.

During installation, our crew carefully injected the high-density PolyLevel Foam beneath the settled sections of concrete. The foam expanded to fill voids in the soil, lifting and leveling the slabs with precision. To complete the project, we applied our UV-resistant NexusPro sealant to the joints and cracks, ensuring protection from water infiltration and future deterioration. The homeowner was thrilled with the transformation, their sidewalk was once again level, safe, and visually appealing, providing peace of mind and renewed confidence in their home’s exterior.

Customer had plans to turn the basement into a Daycare, but before that could be done, the moisture collecting on the walls had to be taken care of. We came out and installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, which will direct any water seeping in through the walls down to the drainage system. Not only does the vapor barrier direct moisture coming in from the outside, but it is also a great way to prevent humidity in the basement.
