Front Steps Lifted & Leveled In Monroe Township, NJ

A homeowner in Monroe Township noticed the steps to the main entry way were sinking. After booking a Free estimate with our appointment center, System Design Specialist Andy Gagliardi went out to the home and inspect the unleveled area. Andy did notice the sinking concrete steps from a distance, he explained that over time the soil beneath becomes too wet or dry causing settlement.

Foreman Victor Leon and his team went out to lift and level the concrete steps. The team first drilled small holes into the slab to pump in a Polyurethane foam that allows the concrete to be lifted and leveled back into its original state. In less than 15 minutes the steps were ready to be walked on again.
