A homeowner in Englishtown, New Jersey had bowing foundation walls and contacted Quality 1st for a solution. Our System Design Specialist inspected the foundation and recommended that CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System was installed.

CarbonArmor are strips made from a reinforced polymer that is 10 times stronger than steel. The straps are attached to the wall and secured with heavy duty steel brackets. The straps will stabilize the wall and begin to pull it back to its original position.

Foreman, Sean Johnson and his team, went out to the site to lift the concrete slabs and eliminate the tripping hazard.

The homeowner wanted to get this resolved before the pool closed up for the winter, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to find a solution. After the repair, the patio slabs were risen back to its original height, allowing the homeowner to reopen their pool next summer without any worries. 

This Manalapan, NJ homeowner was planning on closing their pool for the winter. Before they could close it up, they needed to have it repaired after finding the edge had sunken one to two inches. After the installation was done by our crew, the pool edge was leveled and ready to be closed up for the winter.
