A homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basements for a solution to their settled porch. We sent Concrete Repair Specialist, Andy out to inspect the porch and offer our Concrete Leveling solution, PolyLevel. Andy measured 5 inches of settlement upon his inspection.

Our team installed CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier to create a brighter, cleaner appearance in the basement while holding back the water vapor passing through the walls and directing it towards the existing french drain. Additionally, we installed the SaniDry XP Dehumidifier to make the air in the basement drier and healthier!
