This homeowner in Ringwood, New Jersey noticed it was time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. Each year, our Quality 1st Basement Systems service team provides a service to thoroughly clean and flood-test the sump pump system. They will disassemble the sump pump, clean it with a hose and vacuum, and then reassemble the pump. This will allow our team to ensure the sump pump is operating at its best performance. We emphasize annual maintenance because it prolongs the lifespan of the sump pump! Now, the homeowner does not have to worry about their sump pump, and it will protect them for another year!

Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by a homeowner in Ringwood, New Jersey to replace their old sump pump. We installed our SuperSump Pump System which comes with a backup battery in case of power outages. The pump sits in a protective liner with an airtight lid.  Since the installation, the homeowner's peace of mind has been restored and their basement remains dry and healthy! 

Basement Design Specialist Laszlo Lenkey met with this customer to design a plan to fix the basement water and moisture problem as evidenced on the walls and floor. Installation of a WaterGuard Drainage System beneath the basement floor and a  TripleSafe Sump Pump System would move accumulated water out of the home. A SaniDry Sedona Air Filtration System was also installed to reduce humidity and prevent mold and odors in the basement.

A homeowner in Orange, NJ had EverLast Half wall panels installed in the basement to give it an updated look. Everlast wall not only gives the basement a cleaner look but it provides a permanent solution for drywall that has been damaged by groundwater flooding or plumbing failures.

Our wall system is designed with metal studs and inorganic, cementitious wall paneling that cannot be damaged by mold, rot, or water.

A home in Orange, NJ was experiencing water seepage coming out of a few cracks on the basement wall. The basement had an existing sump pump but water was still making it's way on the floor. The previous system was not working as it should have so Quality 1st Basements provided a permanent solution.

A TripleSafe Sump Pump System was installed by our Senior Foreman, Juan Garcia. Under normal conditions, the primary pump is enough to keep the basement dry. However, if the primary pump is overwhelmed or it fails, the secondary sump pump is ready to go. If there is a power outage, the UltraSump turns on, keeping your basement dry.
