After every heavy rain they noticed water puddling near the corner of the wall.  The homeowner called Quality 1st Basement Systems for sump pump replacement.  Our team removed the failing sump pump and replaced it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump System. TripleSafe provides three levels of protection against water intrusion since it has three separate pumps that sit inside the protective liner. The airtight lid keeps water and moisture inside preventing musty smells. 

This Elizabeth, NJ home's basement was suffering from water damage that worsened with heavy rains and was destroying the interior of the basement. With an outdated sump pump and leaking foundation walls, this homeowner was concerned for the structural integrity of their home. Later, our Foreman Victor and crew arrived at the site to perform a waterproofing installation that could save this basement. They equipped the space with a brand new TripleSafe Sump Pump that has three pumps for three levels of protection against flooding water. WaterGuard was installed around the basement's perimeter as a channel for leaking water to flow through to make it to the sump pump.

With this major upgrade to their basement's waterproofing system, the homeowner has the peace of mind knowing that their basement is dry, safe, and protected against whatever the weather may bring!
