A homeowner in Hanover, NJ contacted Quality 1st Basements after discovering their sump pump had failed, causing water to seep into their basement. We replaced their existing system with our Triple Safe Sump Pump to keep their basement dry and healthy. Senior Design Specialist, Jeff, recommended a full perimeter system to ensure the basement would stay dry. The system will collect and direct all water straight out of the basement and about 10 feet away from the foundation.

Then, the foreman installed the WaterGuard Drain System which sits on top of the foundation footing and catches water to drain to the sump pump. These systems will help the basement stay dry by protecting it against water seepage.
