The team first installed Drainage Matting on the floor of the crawl space to eliminate any standing water with its textured grooves. Then, CleanSpace was installed to seal the dirt floor, keeping out moisture and water to eliminate the musty odors. Finally, a vent cover was installed on the opening of the crawl space, keeping out harsh temperatures and debris. 

The homeowner now has peace of mind that them and their family have a dry and healthy home. 

The SaniDry Sedona is a very efficient dehumidifier, removing excess moisture from the room. As it is also an air filtration system, it works hard to filter very small particles out of the air (like mold spores, dust, etc.) Service technician Chris ensured that the drain line was cleared, the drip tray was cleared, and the filters were replaced at this South Amboy residence.
