First, the team created a trench around the perimeter of the crawl space to sit StarPipe against the wall, channeling any water seepage to the sump pump for removal. Drainage matting was laid down to move any standing water to the perimeter drains with its textured grooves. SilverGlo was installed on the walls to warm up the crawl space with its insulated panels. CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was used to encapsulate the crawl space, keeping moisture from seeping through to the rest of the crawl space. SmartSump was installed in the corner to remove the seepage from the crawl space. SaniDry Sedona was placed next to it to rid the air of any humidity.
