After years of dealing with damp floors and musty odors, this homeowner from Neptune, NJ decided it was time to fully protect their crawl space. At this Neptune home, Service Technician Willie checked to make sure that all jacks were in solid contact with the overhead beams. Due to some loosening, Willie had to tighten the SmartJacks and check to make sure the beam was once again level. If conditions such as the above are noticed, a recommendation is made to have biannual maintenance due to the movement found.
