With thorough analysis, it became clear that the basement required a robust waterproofing solution to ensure it remained dry, no matter the weather outside. To combat the persistent water issue, we installed the WaterGuard drainage system. Concealed beneath the basement floor, this system is adept at capturing water seepage from foundation walls and channeling it to our TripleSafe Sump Pump. This powerful configuration, featuring a triple-protection setup with a battery backup, provides steadfast assurance, even during power outages when flooding risks spike the most.

This Brooklyn, NY crawl space had a damp dirt floor but no active leaks. We installed CleanSpace and SilverGlo to seal out moisture and improve the home’s comfort.

The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is the ultimate in wet basement solutions, with three levels of protection from ground water intrusion. It includes a 1/3 hp cast-iron Zoeller pump, a secondary 1/2 hp pump, and the UltraSump Battery Backup pump. During annual maintenance to ensure the system is working effectively and efficiently to continue pumping up to 2,220 gallons of water per hour with the first pump and an additional 3,900 gallons of water per hour with the secondary pump, the pumps are disassembled, components are checked, cleaned, and replaced as needed. Should a power outage occur, the UltraSump Battery Backup kicks in; and therefore that pump is also checked and cleaned to ensure peak performance. The liner is cleaned and sanitized before the pumps are reassembled.
