After Hurricanes Sandy and then Irene we had a Healthy Basement System Installed along with drainage and these wonderful removable tile flooring. With their amazing service department, along with our annual maintenance, we have been worry free. The WaterGuard system was installed by Basement Systems over 20 years ago. I experienced a recent water issue in the basement and was unsure if it was related to the WaterGuard system.  Gabriel Ryan, a sales associate, came to my house and prepared a detailed Estimate to address the potential issue.  Gabriel was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in preparing a solution to my problem.  Although the issue seems to have been resolved through measures taken outside the house, I would definitely utilize Gabriel and Healthy Basement for any future water-proofing needs.

Sent an inquiry to the company and heard back from a representative within 15 minutes. Came to my home same day and prepared a very thorough diagram of my home, answered many questions, and took many pictures. Waiting to see if they can fix my problem but their employee Gabriel was very thorough and polite. Hope to do business with them.
