For basement walls that are bowed, leaning, and/or sheered, we install our PowerBrace Wall Bracing System to offer stabilization and even improve the positioning of the wall over time. 

Our crews reinforced this bowing basement wall with the PowerBrace Wall Repair System. The PowerBrace consists of steel I-beams that are secured to the joists above the wall with steel brackets. This system is easily adjustable, allowing for tightening of the brace to attempt to raise the wall back to its original position.

The walls were starting to show some sever cracking and separating, these carbon straps will support the walls and we also sealed off the existing cracks. 

This historic German Village home in Columbus, OH had a sagging kitchen addition with a mix of fieldstone and old porch concrete or brick for its foundation. Inspector Ryan recommended a stabilization solution, and Foreman Nate and his crew installed three SmartJack XT posts and a new support beam to lift and support the floor. To protect the space from moisture, they also sealed the ground with CleanSpace vapor barrier.
