When the homeowner in Saint-Ours detected a musty and bad odor in their crawl space, it became evident that immediate action was required. Utilizing our CleanSpace encapsulation system and our SmartJacks, we effectively converted this previously damp and deteriorating area into a dry, fortified space. As demonstrated in the post-installation photo, the results are striking. To remedy these issues, our team of experts installed a high-performance CleanSpace™ drainage system combined with our CleanSpace® membrane. This system includes a robust pump and a watertight cover with WaterWatch® alarm that alerts you in the event of water infiltration or failure, helping to protect the crawl space from moisture, mold, and structural damage even during leaks or heavy rains.

Dry air in a crawl space is important for several reasons. The humidity is bad for the respiratory health of people who live in the house because the moist air aggravates the symptoms of asthma and allergies. Dry air offers better air quality and a more comfortable environment.
