We then installed the CleanSpace® system, fully encapsulating the area to block out ground moisture. CleanSpace™ Drainage Matting was laid beneath the liner to direct any water efficiently toward the drainage path. To detect and handle potential plumbing leaks, a SmartDrain™ system was added; offering peace of mind through its built-in alarm and smart drainage redirection.

For improved energy efficiency and year-round dryness, we also installed SilverGlo™ insulation along the crawl space walls.

High humidity and a weakened beam threatened this crawl space in Saint-Jacques-Le-Majeur, with obvious signs of water damage and mold.
