Before the birth of their new baby, Katherine and Jonathan wanted to create additional living space.  

You don't have to accept cold cement walls and alright lighting, you deserve better just like this happy family from Gurnee, Illinois. They gave us a call and we came out and turned their basement into a new livable space for the family to enjoy for years to come! We meet these homeowners at the Arlington Heights Home Show. They knew they wanted to finish their basement to utilize their space, but they didn't know what they wanted to do with the space. Our design specialist came out and helped them come up with some designs. With our EverLast Vinyl Walls and our ThermalDry Flooring in the color of Sandstone Gray, we built them an open rec room and left an unfinished space for storage. The homeowners absolutely loved the design and their newly finished basement!

This Pleasant Prairie, WI family contacted us because they wanted to add a bathroom to their basement. They spent a lot of time in their basement and wanted the convenience of having a bathroom in their basement. We were able to build their bathroom with our EverLast paintable walls and our ThermalDry flooring in the color of Sandstone Gray. 

After owning the home for a little over a year, these homeowners got tired of their unfinished basement. They asked, "Can you make it into a livable space?" We said of course that's what we do best. When we met with the homeowners and started working on their custom design, they could envision their new space. This 552 sq. Ft. open concept would sport a painted ceiling, with our everlast wall panels. Painted ceilings are becoming more common and popular in basement projects. The lucky homeowners are excited about how it turned out.
