The solution for this basement was to install a WaterGuard system paired with a Super Sump pump. The WaterGuard system is a below the floor drainage system that collects water before entering the basement internally and channeling it to the sump pump. We installed our SuperSump pump to collect the water from WaterGuard system and channel it away from the basement. The SuperSump pump has a powerful Zoeller 1/3 horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,200 gallons of water! This was the perfect waterproofing solution for this home and the area now stays dry all year long.
