For this basement waterproofing project we installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, Waterguard around the perimeter of the basement, a SuperSump Pump with Battery Back up and a SaniDry Dehumidifier. 

The CleanSpace Vapor barrier will direct any water coming in through the walls, down to the waterguard which is then directed over to the SuperSump to be pumped out of the basement. 

This customer was having issues with mold in the basement due to water entering the basement whenever it would rain. 

We went out to the property and did some Mold X 2 treatment on the areas that had mold, then installed Waterguard around the full perimeter of the basement, we installed a SuperSump with Battery Backup and a SaniDry Dehumidifier 

This Thorndale PA customer reached out to Basement Systems USA because they were in the market for a new sump pump with a battery backup. We came out to his home and upgraded him to a SuperSump with an UltraSump Battery Backup. The SuperSump quietly pumps 2,650 gallons per hour and in case of a power outage, the UltraSump will turn on automatically and will alarm to tell you you are running on the backup. The UltraSump will pump 12,000 total gallons out on a new, fully charged power pack.

This customer was looking for help rescuing his damp, moldy crawlspace. We started the transformation by removing all of the old insulation. We installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system and our SuperSump sump pump to carry away any water intrusion. Then we went in and treated the entire area for mold with our Mold X2 cleaner and botanical. We replaced the old insulation with SilverGlo insulated panels and RimTight spray foam and then lined the entire area with our Cleanspace drainage matting and Cleanspace vapor barrier.
